History of the Old Village Hall CENTURY HALL
CENTURY HALL DECORATED FOR A SERBIAN WEDDING

Completed in 1998 after some 15 years planning, fund raising and building, the Social Centre in Shurdington is now fully available for hire either in sessions or by the day. It consists of two spacious halls, a room which links both, a grassed open space enclosed by security fencing, and an entertainments licence till 11:00pm making it ideal for any function from weddings to concerts, educational courses, conferences, parties, meetings and fund raising events. See plans below. There is now a securely fenced car park to the rear of the Century Hall, which may be used by carriers of expensive equipment such as catering or disco.
